What issues justify needing a reclean?

You not being happy is the primary issue. Just the fact you are not happy is enough for us to want to return and make you happy. Your happiness is our primary objective at all times.

Is there a time limit to claim the guarantee?

We ask you to contact us within 24 hours to claim th reclean but even if its longer than that please reach out to us. We want you to be happy and we will make it right.

Will the same maid return to do the reclean?

Most times no but its possible. Don’t worry, we are professionals and the maids are trained to not take negative feedback personally and instead transmute that energy into getting better at what we do.

How do I request a reclean?

Let us know in whatever way is best for you. You can call us, text us or email us anytime. If you want to share pictures those usually work via text but if you have a lot of pictures or video email is usually best.

Do I have to be home for the reclean?

No, as long as we have access to your home its just like your regular house cleaning, you do not have to be home but you are welcome to be there too if you choose.

What if I am still not happy after the reclean?

We will escalate to our CEO who is empowered to do whatever needs done to rectify the situation.This rarely happens, but we have multiple levels of leadership to insure your happiness.
