Industry Leading Wages
Our staff are all W2 employees. We are the highest-paid house cleaners in Greater Pittsburgh with wages averaging over $23 per hour and some of our more tenured maids earning over $30 per hour, plus PTO, up to 4 weeks’ vacation, and sick pay.
Design Own Schedule
Our maids design their own schedule. As long as they are amazing people who can do amazing work, they can choose the days and times they work and how much work they want to do. Our job can fit into their life, not the other way around.
Performance-Based Compensation
We don’t pay every maid the same per hour or a commission split on the job. Instead, we pay the maids that do the best work the most money and the maids who do the worst work the least. Add in a longevity bonus and you get career employees.
